The Bulletin is published weekly during the academic year, except during University breaks and exam weeks, by the Office of Communications. Second class postage paid at Princeton. Postmaster: Send address changes to Princeton Weekly Bulletin, Office of Communications, Princeton University, 22 Chambers St., Suite 201, Princeton, NJ 08542. Permission is given to adapt, reprint or excerpt material from the Bulletin for use in other media.

Subscriptions. The Bulletin is distributed free to faculty, staff and students. Others may subscribe to the Bulletin for $30 for the 2005-06 academic year (half price for current Princeton parents and people over 65). Send a check to Office of Communications, Princeton University, 22 Chambers St., Suite 201, Princeton, NJ 08542.

Deadlines. In general, the copy deadline for each issue is the Friday 10 days in advance of the Monday cover date. The deadline for the Bulletin that covers May 22-June 4 is Friday, May 12. Princeton Reunions

Princeton NJ — With Reunions activities coming up in a month, the staff of the Alumni Association notes that the June 1-4 event could not be a success without the hard work of members of the University community and alumni volunteers.

Each year, Reunions draws some 20,000 people — alumni and their families — for a weekend of reconnecting with old friends at class sites scattered throughout campus.

Some of the preparations include:

• Dining Services crews set out more than 28,700 meals at major Reunions sites.

• Maintenance crews put up more than 100 tents totaling some 183,000 square feet.

• Carpenter crews lay out 265 sections of band staging plus 658 sections of dance floor to make 30,000 square feet of wooden flooring.

• Electrician crews rig 11 miles of tent wiring and heavy-duty service cable.

• Building Services crews set out more than 15,000 chairs and some 1,100 round tables at more than 30 sites.

In addition, the effort involves some 270 alumni volunteers and 1,170 student workers and entertainers.
