The Bulletin is published weekly during the academic year, except during University breaks and exam weeks, by the Office of Communications. Second class postage paid at Princeton. Subscriptions. The Bulletin is distributed free to faculty, staff and students. Others may subscribe to the Bulletin for $15 for the spring semester ($7.50 for current Princeton parents and people over 65). Send a check to Office of Communications, Princeton University, 22 Chambers St., Suite 201, Princeton, NJ 08542.

Deadlines. In general, the copy deadline for each issue is the Friday 10 days in advance of the Monday cover date. The dead-line for the Bulletin that covers Feb. 14-20 is Friday, Feb. 4. A complete publication schedule is available at <deadlines> or by calling (609) 258-3601.

Community service

Two recent University-wide service projects to benefit people in nearby communities have successfully concluded in the last several weeks:

• The annual campaign for the United Way of Greater Mercer County, which ran from Nov. 8 to Dec. 8 on campus, raised more than $202,183 — a 2.7 percent increase over last year.

• The annual clothing drive to benefit the Hire Attire Boutique, which took place Jan. 12-19, collected some 3,850 “gently used” business clothing items for men and women who are entering or re-entering the workforce after completing a New Jersey job training program. That’s 870 items more than last year.
