Tigers ranked number one
• Princeton ranked number one in 2005-06 in the Ivy League’s all-sports points championship, making this the 20th straight year that Princeton has finished first.
• The Tigers won 13 Ivy League championships in 2005-06.
• Princeton has won 135 Ivy League championships in the last 12 years, 47 more than the next-highest league school in the same time period.
• A total of 23 Princeton teams qualified for team or individual postseason competition during the 2005-06 academic year.
• Senior Yasser El Halaby (pictured) won his fourth national individual championship this year, becoming the first four-time men’s champion in intercollegiate squash history.
• For 20 consecutive years, Princeton has had at least one team or individual national champion.
