Robertson Q&A available online
Princeton NJ — A new document intended to provide members of the University community with information on a pending lawsuit is now available on the Web.
Written in a question-and-answer format, the document offers background information on the lawsuit filed against the University by William Robertson and other members of the Robertson family in July 2002. A recent series of court filings has focused attention on the case, which could go to trial later this year.
The Q&A provides a basic description of the issues raised by the lawsuit as well as information on the mission of the Robertson Foundation and the Woodrow Wilson School’s efforts to carry it out, the control of the foundation, the investment of the foundation’s assets, the spending of the foundation’s funds and the University’s management of other donated funds. It also includes links to other sources of information.
