Community/Staff Day, 2003

Princeton NJ -- Blue skies and warm temperatures brought out University staff members and their families as well as residents of the local community for the annual Community/Staff Day celebration Oct. 11 at Princeton Stadium.

The pre-football game festivities featured snacks, prizes, balloon sculptors (below, left) and face painters. In addition, the day included a Community Information Fair and a community track event (below, right), where Logan and Sam Leppo (from left) tried out the long jump.

After the game, a block party in the Prospect Avenue neighborhood offered entertainment and food cooked by Princeton eating club chefs. The day was sponsored by the Office of Community and State Affairs, the Office of Human Resources and the Department of Athletics.

Deadline. In general, the copy deadline for each issue is the Friday 10 days in advance of the Monday cover date. The deadline for the Bulletin that covers Nov. 10-16 is Friday, Oct. 31. A complete publication schedule is available at deadlines or by calling (609) 258-3601.
