U-League offers summer camp
Princeton NJ — The University League Nursery School, located at 171 Broadmead, is now accepting applications to its summer camp program.
All 3-, 4- and 5-year-old children of University faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend. Campers must be toilet trained.
The summer camp is an outdoor program, weather permitting. During the morning and lunch session (8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.), children work on art projects and play outside, then go inside for lunch and stories. There is the option to stay through 3:15 p.m. (extended day) or until 5:30 p.m. (all day). For those who stay for extended day or all day, a time for quiet rest is provided in the early afternoon. All sessions include music or yoga with Miss Wendy.
There are five two-week themed sessions through the summer, beginning June 18 and ending Aug. 17. Parents are required to participate in co-op once per two-week session. The co-op responsibilities include setting up the activities, preparing snacks, supervising play and cleaning up. Co-op hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Children of University employees and students receive a tuition discount. Tuition for one two-week session is: $322 for morning and lunch only; $450 for extended day; and $612 for all day.
