Name: John Ziegler

Position: Assistant to the vice president for facilities. Serving as project director for the construction of Whitman College, the University’s sixth residential college. Coordinating with project managers, field managers, architects, engineers, contractors and other parties on a wide range of issues related to the Whitman construction.

Quote: “After 13 years of working as an architect I went back to school to earn an MBA. Working at a premier institution like Princeton allows me to incorporate both my architecture and management backgrounds in an unprecedented way — you don’t get the opportunity to do this just anyplace.”

Other interests: Camping with his wife, Patricia, and their 12-year-old daughter, Olivia. Woodworking. Landscaping and gardening.
