The Bulletin is published weekly during the academic year, except during University breaks and exam weeks, by the Office of Communications. Second class postage paid at Princeton. Permission is given to adapt, reprint or excerpt material from the Bulletin for use in other media.

Subscriptions. The Bulletin is distributed free to faculty, staff and students. Others may subscribe to the Bulletin for $15 for the spring semester ($7.50 for current Princeton parents and people over 65). Send a check to Office of Communications, Princeton University, 22 Chambers St., Suite 201, Princeton, NJ 08542.

Deadlines. In general, the copy deadline for each issue is the Friday 10 days in advance of the Monday cover date. The dead-line for the Bulletin that covers May 2-15 is Friday, April 22. A complete publication schedule is available at <deadlines> or by calling (609) 258-3601.

Name: Vanessa Haight.

Position: Exhibit preparator for the Department of Rare Books and Special Collections at Firestone Library. Assembling, preparing and installing objects for exhibits in the libraries’ two galleries. Coordinating lighting and painting for the galleries. Constructing cradles that hold books open for exhibits. Matting and framing documents and artwork.

Quote: “I really enjoy working with the materials in the exhibits. And the curators are great to work with — they are very receptive to my ideas. I’m given a lot of freedom to help the curators create the final presentation for the public.”

Other interests: Doing oil paintings, especially portraits. Traveling in Europe and visiting museums and restaurants there.
