Name: Cheryl Morris.

Position: Data management support specialist in the Office of Development. Maintaining alumni and donor records. Looking up information for faculty and staff. Providing updates to class officers.

Quote: “I’ve worked at Princeton for 25 years, so I’ve seen a lot of changes. When I started we typed address changes on a machine called an Addressograph, so I’ve come from the dinosaur age to the computer age. It’s been such an interesting place to work and a real learning experience.”

Other interests: Spending time with her daughters, Ashley, Jessica and Shannon. Gardening. Reading Janet Evanovich books.

Effective Sept. 1: in building services, janitor Michel Dauphin, after 20 years; in corporate and foundation relations, office support staff member Nancy Eckert, after 10 years.

Effective Oct. 1: in the library, special collections assistant Christine Kitto, after 10 years; in the carpenter shop, carpenter Robert Pazdan, after 32 years; in the alarms shop, shop foreman Edward Quick, after 37 years; in the plasma physics lab, lead engineer Joseph Rushinski, after 39 years; in the plasma physics lab, radiochemist/technician Carl Szathmary, after 31 years.

Effective Nov. 1: in chemistry, administrative assistant Rona Brown, after 12 years.

Effective Dec. 1: in physics, grants administrator Lois Thomsen, after 36 years.
