Princeton NJ — The University’s culinary artists put their skills and creativity to the test in the Department of Dining Services’ “Iron Tiger” competition — inspired by the popular “Iron Chef” program on the Food Network — held April 1 at the Frist Campus Center.
Teams of chefs and dining staff members from the residential colleges, the Graduate College, the University catering staff and Frist prepared two dishes in 40 minutes featuring the “secret ingredient” of barramundi, a fish that is sustainably farmed. The winning teams, from Frist and Rockefeller/Mathey colleges, will compete in the “Iron Tiger” finals at 1 p.m. Friday, May 2, as part of Fristfest Weekend.
