Hayashi assists businesses and not-for-profit organizations obtain financing for their capital needs through the issuance of Industrial Development Bonds. Before joining the EDC, she spent several years at New York Consulting Partners, a management consulting firm specializing in helping corporations streamline operations and cut costs. Her talk is sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson School as part of the state and local government series.
