Finch Reports on Visit to Russia
by Six Ambassadors

Princeton, NJ--Edward Finch, former U.S. ambassador to Panama,
will speak on ''Russia Today and Tomorrow: A Report on a Recent
Visit by Six Ambassadors'' at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson
School of Public and International Affairs on Thursday, February
2, at 4:30 p.m. in Bowl 5, Robertson Hall.

Finch, a member of Princeton's Class of 1941, is now an attorney
with the New York-based firm of Snow Becker Krauss, P.C. He has an
extensive background as a diplomat, having served as a delegate to
the fourth United Nations Congress in Geneva in 1970 and the fifth
United Nations Congress in Japan in 1975, and as the U.S. delegate
to Unispace in Vienna in 1982. He is the author of several books,
among them Astro Business A Guide to Commerce and Law in
Outerspace and Judicial Politics,
and is a frequent contributor to
law journals.

Finch's talk is being sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson School and
Princeton's Program in Russian Studies and Committee on European
Studies.
