Dean of Freshmen

Dean of Freshmen, 1925-1942, was Radcliffe Heermance who was also director of admission. As dean of freshmen he was charged with administrative oversight of the academic work of the freshman class and direction of the board of advisors. Burnham N. Dell was dean of freshmen for one year 1942-1943. Thereafter, the duties of this office were absorbed by the staff of the dean of the college.
